I think I'm going with The Fourteenth Target.
Partly because I once made an MEP part with it
I liked it more than Phantom

Fourteenth target seems better and well thought up by me. Phantom isnt bad either, though.

The Fourteenth Target, easily. It's less of a movie than Phantom, but it has the most interesting and involving character development of any of the movies (and, frankly, it's superior in that regard to the vast majority of plot-related manga cases).

I like both, but (regardless of the very sci-fi ideas of Phantom) I prefer Phantom for the sake of Sherlock Holmes + Jack the Ripper.

I do love The Phantom of Baker Street. They're both awesome, but personally, I think Phantom a little more so.

I went with Fourteenth Target.  I liked both, but Fourteenth Target was better on a second watch than Phantom of Baker Street.  Probably because the backstory of Eri and Kogoro was fun to get into, moreso after seeing some of their future character interactions.  Still disappointing that there hasn't really been any since then though >_<'.

That was a pretty impressive margin of victory, I expected it to be a fair bit closer than that.
