Just from looking at your list (and without independently confirming what's missing and what isn't), I can say 119, 159-160, 210-213, 215-216, 264-265, 312-313, 398-399, 406-408, 426, 438, 443-444, 445, 448, 450-451, 453, and 454-455 will not be added in their current incarnations. 29'ish episodes out of 630+ isn't so bad, though, right? We, or our allies, intend to re-do those episodes and as such will not be adding them to the service (we never secured the rights to add them nor did we seek them, for exactly that reason).

Now, as for the others: 128, 400, 401-402, 403-404, 405, 409-410, 427, 431, 434, and 480 will all be added very shortly.

Also, there is indeed no Magic File 1 as you have come to expect them. It was a re-release of several old episodes on a PPV DVD package. Absolutely no new material whatsoever.

I talked with the troops today at AZFS as the release for another ep was being prepared and went over the current work order. Unfortunately, there's a very limited amount of time and staff available at AZFS to finish their remaining allocated episodes by the end of this year (firstly they have exams coming up very soon, and then people will be back home without reliable internet for the holidays). As such, I recommended to cut down the order by pushing 236-237 (ones Puto released a while back) to "re-sub" status and focus on the others for now. Because they're already translated, timed, and half-edited, there's no way their effort to this point is going to be wasted. Zdm agreed this was the best way to go, so we're now down to 15 with the episode they're about to release.
