#1 the best  -
FLCL (it helps if you are sleep deprived and or drunk while watching.  that way the 6 episodes make more sense. but then you get really angry that there are only 6 episodes.)

Full Metal Panic, FMP Fumoffu, FMP The Second Raid
Beck : Mongolian Chop Squad
The Gokusen
Nana (well, maybe.  i actually haven't finished it.  i got distracted around episode 25.)

Ongoing (besides detective conan):
Bleach (it is getting boring.  it doesn't help that like half the current episode gets repeated from last episode, so nothing happens.)
