i don't think so... the hair is different. but anyways, my eyes are failing me... i've seen a lot of the other characters but Conan? nope.

oh wait. i didn't notice the other Conans near the stage XD

i'm playing around with my answers
i think he's the one near the head of the statue but he's back is facing us (the one talking to a little girl, with words written beside him)

that's what i'm thinking too... it's perfectly conan's hair and conan's size...

gosho aoyama's really good... he made each characters full of details... there's yaiba holding his sword, swimming ran, etc, etc...

My God, my eyes are burning. I was able to find it around that baloon, but I can't be so sure. There's a lot of detail in this picture.
