APTX4869 and Silver Bullet research

1) I think the pill which,
Haibara had during the Mystery Jet Black Train and thinks of silver bullet is the permanent antidote for APTX4869 as she was not sure whether Vermouth will capture her or kill her so she couldn't risk having the temporary ones.
2) Her parents left her to complete the project, so I think that they somehow tricked the BOSS to consume their altered pill pet-named Silver Bullet by Elena instead of the intended anti-aging drug.
3) Later, they set their own lab on fire to destroy all data and so Elena tells her in the tape that this was something that shouldn't have been created,
yet they created it for sake of humanity.
4) As,the Silver Bullet aged the Boss decreasing his working ability, Vermouth uses the same metaphor for something that tries to destroy the organization.
TLDR: Silver Bullet is the permanent antidote which Conan, Mary, Haibara need to revert back.
