I believe it is "okiya" speaking and my proof is this gadget that was used a long time ago http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki ... _Face_Mask "okiya" could be anybody but Shuichi because he can't be using a device while inside the car because we can see his neck and doesn't have a mask and in the last page we can clearly see Conan isn'T speaking in his place.

Based on my deduction skills, I assume that the Conan in the control room is Ayumi(Like in the kidnapping of a popular artist case) And Conan drank the Paikaru and is disguised as Kogoro(page 8)Which means Subaru is Kogoro in disguise(Kogoro has good fighting and deduction skills(see Movie 9). Yusaku's involvement is just a red herring. Im pretty certain I am right...

If it is important, it might be to point out that Mouri's house and Kudou's house have different scenes of Macademy(Conan changed the one in Kudous house) But I cant see the importance of that, as we can see that Yuusaku did also appear for the award in Mouris TV, so I dont know really...
But yes, Goushou seemed like hi did 'drew attention' to it...

I have no clue how they're going to keep Kir from getting killed at this rate. Amuro can be dealt with, but it seems like a bunch of people saw Akai now. They'll have to act quickly in getting her to safety.

You know how Sera called Subaru 'Shuu-ni' in bell tree?Do you think thats a nod for the second Subaru to be Shuukichi? That chapter where Shuukichi was introduced in that murder case with Yumi was what made it pop in my mind, as the only characters that has been seen being ahead from conan(or at the same page as conans deduction)is very little in the series, and are always recurring characters. I know that some people had thought about this theory, but I just felt that I had to post it after re-reading bell tree and the shuukichi introduction -_-

I had presumed it was just an excuse to get the mask close to his face so the speaker would be close to his mouth, but that's also possible.
I think it is indeed signals. Okiya cough both time before maskless Okiya need to speak. And I would like to brought your guys attention to http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki/Button_Speaker that can be somewhere on Okiya body.
The cell notification that Yuusaku won is definitely important to something. I am not convinced Ran and Kogoro's timeline is happening at the same time as what we are seeing at the Kudo house. Maybe some clock checking could confirm that.
I have a feeling Okiya is using a mike, just like Hattori in the Vermouth arc. The actions with the hand in front of the mouth and coughing are too similar. Someone is speaking for Okiya, and Okiya is blocking his mouth to keep Amuro from noticing this. The face mask is a distraction to keep Amuro from noticing that Okiya's voice is being projected and he is not saying the words. At the same time Yuusaku might be relaying what to say to whoever is disguising as Yuusaku (Yukiko?) in America. That would explain the amount of equipment in Conan's hideyhole. He has to coordinate a chain of voices, plus keep an eye on the FBI...
If Shuuichi is asking for Camel to keep the speed and direction steady, it might be to set up for some quick sniping at the chasing cars rather than a jump like I first thought. I want to know why Shuuichi thought Amuro would go after the FBI agents (and how both he and Amuro knew they would go driving) instead of someone like Sera.
Also, I am a bit concerned that Amuro's friends aren't wearing any black. There is no reason that lower level agents are bound to wear black, but it's just a detail that concerns me. (And those guys in front of the Kudo house are definitely news/paparazzi. Look at their vans.)
I am not sure about where Conan is. It looks like a small space.
Chapter 900 might be reserved for the moment that Sera/Ai meets Akai.
