Beika, a relatively peaceful city with the occasional murder, which only happens when certain people are around, is about to have a rude wake-up call. Two members of the Black Organization are in town, and they have orders to kill someone. However, due to lost orders, they don't know who to kill, and thus must kill everyone... will the town wake up to its first murder?

All the citizens of town go to sleep, unaware of what's about to happen...
