Maybe, Ai-fans there already have enough with Gosho so they stop buying the manga and stop writing letter to Gosho. People reading manga for fun. If it's not fun anymore, why keep reading it?

Isn't her change supposedly reflects her growth? I mean, I liked old Ai too, but she's been exposed to the DB and a semi-regular life style (since I'm sure seeing murders happen left and right and being pursued by a deadly organization isn't exactly normal.)

It's hard to explain her change...I just hope she does not change her unique personality completely compare to other characters.(Sarcastic remarks,etc.)

One plausible explain is she spends too much times around the DBs and Conan,Ayumi is notable towards her changing..Sadly Gosho did not shows us any off-screen scenes(chapter where there's no cases).

I remember in two or three interviews of him where it was a large crowd of reporters and most of them spoke only english and Isaw this one guy there each time telling Gosho what they are saying. Guess I could be wrong and he was only brought for those occasions
