Why Scar Akai Looked exactly at the place where chianti was? Someone told him? or he knew Chianti so much that he knows where she will be in situation like that?
Persons that could tell him where Chianti was:
- Someone of the BO
- Okiya ( He saw chianti )
- Camel ( He also saw chianti )
- Korn

I think Scar Akai know where Chainti was because, Gin see him, so he in the position to see Gin. If he know BO and know how they work, he would spot Chianti.

I prefer the second theory, Scar Akai had to be a person who knew BO very well, eventhough maybe he wasn't Akai, he must be someone who have good knowledge of BO to disguise as (Scar) Akai..
in mafia even on Org. standered, gin would of been in charge of doing task mainly wacking people. every thing is in ranking, and i would say Gin is in the bloderlin in mid or high ranking.
as for Bourbon, he could be the boss him self investagating playing the good guy " Okiya "
or Okiya has ties with another org that has ties to the FBI
