anyway i think that there is a possibility that it's more a physical thing than a love affair between them!afterall gin is a murderer and has commited a lot of crimes so it wouldn't be surprising for me if he did that sort of things with shiho even if she looks way younger than him(one more crime for him doesn't make a difference)!

Isn't it obvious? Before conqn make this speculation he dosn't suspect haibara to be a half, haibara hair is naturally brown . But since her mother is not japanese she has probably her mother's hair, i heard that japanese and white have different sort of hair, the organisation prabably havn't a lot of traitor half with brown hair.

maybe it's the reason why he recognize shiho's hair!but it's pretty hard to make the difference between a natural brown hair and a colored one (since a lot of japanese people have colored brown hair,)moreover gin anticipate every move that she had done during this case,that's why we think that they were very close!

we dont know if he really did, it might be just some fan service.... but yeah it makes alot more sense if Gin did...

People read too much into that scene. Gosho could of just done that for simplicity's sake as we don't know what Shiho was wearing when Gin last saw her, only what she was wearing after she took the drug. So it opens up wiggle room for Gosho to add a confrontation flash back between those two down the line if he feels the story needs it without having to explain "wait why did Gin remember Shiho wearing X when this flashback shows she was wearing Y when he last saw her?"
Or Gin maybe the simple explanation is that Gin is a pervert .

The explanation that something other than business happened between them just doesn't pan out as many opportunities have passed where hints could of been dropped like the "rooftop" scene. Haibara could of used something like that to her advantage to stall for time. Plus there's Vodka, that guy can't keep a secret, he probably would of let something like that slip by now . But I do agree on the point that Gosho is in pairing mode, so it wouldn't surprise me if he does another Akai/Jodie and just forces it in there.

When Ai really plays a important role in that one, then Gin will show up for 10000%. 
But they are so much more unexplained things... DC will go for the 1000 Chapter for sure.

I think it's plausible that Sherry & Gin worked together although they had different roles in the org. Ai was shown as a pretty capable in holding gun. In her introductory case with the fake money, her shot just missed the woman by a few inches (not an easy thing to do). It looked like a deliberate action, meant more as a warning to the bad guys & notification to the cops next doors at the same time.

Who knows, they might be involved in some missions together (like in the mermaid case - I believe both Sherry's & Gin's names were listed in the guest book), or even it was Gin that taught Sherry how to handle guns (maybe too far-fetched?).

ive always said that there must have been somethin between those two
specially after i saw that case where haibara becomes shiho again(forgot the name)
and gin waits for her on the roof, the same way a lover waits for his loved one!
that and the fact that hen gin thinks of sherry, she's always....nude...makes me
think that there must have been really somethin!
