Kogorous Riddle Thread and eworms Deduction Thread

Kinda busy at the moment and I don't have any good riddle, so either try this Pokemon one or post one yourself, Kogorou.

Though if you do that, it'll become the first abandoned riddle in the thread... the horror!

I hate joke riddles and pokemon but here I go:

Pikachu attacks his enemies using electricity attacks and Conan attacks the culprits using his electricity power enhancing kick shoes.

Farfetch'd has the ability called keen eye and Conan's catchphrase in the English dub is "With a keen eye for details, only one truth prevails!".

A detective is investigating the murder of one Itou Mari. She was strangled to death with something, and there are weird dots on the mark. There are three suspects: her daughter Itou Rumi, her sister Tamura Sana, and her secretary Fujiwara Yomu. Only one of them could have killed Mari. The detective questioned each, and it appears that Rumi was supposed to be washing dishes, Sana was supposed to be taking a bath, and Yomu was supposed to be sorting through paperwork. All three definitely did these things, so who did it, and what did she strangle Mari with?

Sana, who strangled her with some sort of bath rope (like soap-on-a-rope or a pouf with a handle-rope or some other thing with a rope attached), the dots were from those weird bead-like things sometimes found in soaps?
