While Karasuma maybe be not the boss, I have a feeling that the crow association is somehow connected to the BO.
I mean... Black/Crow is like a symbol for BO, while would Gosho suddenly use it if it doesn't related in any way?

Nah Anokata is most likely Mitsuhiko, he was the one who filmed grown up Haibara the first case before they entered the bell tree express = legit proof

A friend of mine came up with the theory that James Black is Ano Kata. Part of it was due to how he calls Conan "cool guy."

Personally, I'm still leaning toward Yuusaku, due to the Night Baron virus, 4869 being a reference to Sherlock Holmes, passwords that are based on Sherlock Holmes, ect. (Yuusaku is also referenced extremely early in, even before he and Yukiko were named, if one is going by the theory that the boss is shown or foreshadowed very, very early in.) I am also bothered by a detail in volume 14. According to it, Yuusaku can hear what's going on through Conan's bowtie. Rather a useful source of information, isn't it? Also, as Vermouth and Yukiko were friends, that could explain why Ano Kata's favorite Org. member is Vermouth.

The Yoko Okino theory is also rather interesting, I'll admit.

We've got many trails to investigate and so many red herrings that could throw us off of the scent.
