that Vourmouth didn't notify bourbon about Sherry was actually living in Tokyo, until the Cabin Trap when he sees her for himself in Gunma. This must mean that Vourmouth was in fact keeping Sherry a secret until she revealed herself in file 815-817, which also means that now Sherry is out of Vourmouth's protection since she was spotted by Bourbon in Gunma. However in file 818 she still holds a sense of protection towards Sherry by lying to Gin that Sherry's been hiding in Gunma all this time. Was this in order to lead Gin and Vodka, maybe the entire B.O off Sherry's trail? If so then why announce that she's on the express train? I think that Vourmouth is playing a game of cat and mouse between Sherry and the B.O maybe to see how Conan, possibly the people around him for example Okiya and Sera, react to the idea of Sherry being in danger.

I think Vermouth try to keep Sherry as far away from Conan as possible. If her location is related to Conan, investigation on Sherry could lead to Conan. But if she said Sherry is always in Gunma, Then Conan is save. But Vermouth is truly want Sherry dead. (How Bourbon and Gin could located Sherry in the train is beyond me, since there's only Haibara, not Shiho)
At some point, somebody is going to have to notify the rest of the organization about Haibara being shrunken into a kid. Two people have found out (vermouth and the other guy who's name I can't recall right now) and both have either withheld the information or been prevented from telling the rest. Now that it seems all three Bourban suspects know about Haibara's "secret", I really hope there isn't some other convenient excuse/reason for why the rest of the organization doesn't find out.
If Bourbon hadn't made the link between Ai and Sherry,he will make the link during this case,that's for sure.Then after that I guess he'll be killed or he will keep this secret for some reason...but I don't think he will tell it to the other members,since Gosho want to keep the status quo until the end...

Amuro shouldn't have been able to, since it seemed like he just found out about the belltree when he say Shiho and hasn't met Ai yet.

Well I think Sera and Okiya made the connection,because they have already saw Ai,but Amuro never saw her,so I really don't think he knows that Ai=Sherry.

well.. what i was trying to say is: Bourbon havent have a solid evidence / strong clue that Sherry = Ai. ( the solid evidence in my mind is like when Irish have solid evidence that conan is Shinichi in movie 13 )

Not necessarily. Just because they figured out such a thing happened, and therefore must be possible, doesn't mean they know how it happened.

In like ep 92, Ran guessed he shrunk but said it was Agasa's doing. So figuring out one and not the other works.

it had nothing to do weather Vermouth want Shino to die or not. she jut relaying information from bourbon to gin. if she didnt do that BO will increased her suspirciosness

No, unreleased chapter spoilers go in the spoiler thread. There's really no reason to use a spoiler box in this thread, as one shouldn't be posting spoilers in it in the first place.
