Assuming the Okiya= Akai theory, maybe the reason for Haibara calling him Subaru-san has to do with the statement " Don't make that kind of face. I won't let them get away."Perhaps she had heard this statement from Akai (on the premises that she has enough interactions with him and she has been put in a situation similar to something like that) and maybe she made the connection between that statement and Akai ( in my opinion, the statement is decidedly Akai-ish) and perhaps in her subconscious accepted him as a "friend"? Or maybe she kind of already guessed that Conan has some kind of reason for his unconditional trust to Okiya, and then thinks about that Akai person and could make a connection.
crack theories are crack, and should not be treated seriously.
That's not a crack theory by any means. It's still unknown whether Shiho knows that Moroboshi Dai was not bad (versus a traitor), but Shiho cannot ignore that Okiya has absolutely done nothing harmful to her or Conan for a good long time despite his aura and ambiguous speech. It would also be hard for Shiho to ignore that Okiya obeyed her directions without question while following Conan, and that he talked to her like an adult (well at least a young one) while they were speaking earlier. At some point, you just have to let your suspicions go when logic keeps conflicting with feelings. I think you are right that Shiho has finally decided to cross the friend boundary. (If not a friend, then at least she crossed the "he's not a monster" boundary )

I agree with this. Just look at what Akai said in this chapter.
Though now with SA appearing, her theories have been messed up! Now she must figure out who Conan-
Okay I'm done
i like this theory a lot actually so then it makes sense why she had that thought "I've known that for a long time"... because she has known Akai, who is her brother, for a very long time, and of course she would have known if he's a Holmes fan!
though it means she must have known/suspected about the existence of something that causes people to shrink, for her to have that hunch in the first place...

today in english class the teacher was like, ok class now every syudent should think about a topic for the pursuasive essay and plz choose something you truly believe in.
and the first thing that crossed my mind was, akai is alive and he's disguised as okiya!
About the case: the knife is definitely in the wrong position, it should theoretically be on her left breast or where it is but with the edge pointing upwards (try it yourself and see the unnatural movement you would have to do to stab yourself there). This excludes the possibility they fought and she got stabbed by accident. The blood on the blade seems to be indicating the knife was half extracted from the body when she was already lying on the floor.
And I'm really confused by Sera's line after seeing Scar Akai. It truly makes me wonder how much does she really know.

Haibara: They have a scent, a scent all of them carry...
Conan: No wonder, they're drunkards

If there was a real desperate struggle there's no way to know how the knife would end up in someone's hands I suppose ...
But what really bugs me is the condition of the woman (is she actually dead already? instantlly???????????) and the condition of the body ... it looks like she is just sleeping peacefully there .... isn't it normal if you were stabbed and conscious for your body to be in that position --- clutching instinctively at the wound seems more normal -- the way she is lying down, her arms at her side ... it just looks all wrong
It looks more like she was knocked unconscious somehow (right after Aiyumi left) and then stabbed with no resistance at all.

Um, not for nothing, but it seems that quite a few times you've put Ai instead of Ayumi
Just a bit confusing is all xD
Also, I love how my crack theory which was just for joke purposes got such attention :|
EDIT:
Spoiler:
Oh yeah, the only thing stopping me from liking the whole "Sera met Shinichi in childhood and recognized him from all those years ago" is that another character could've done the same thing but didn't...despite being older and likely having a better memory of such a thing
...Eri

My, my...these children are going to have serious psychological problems when they grow up! Apart from that, I felt a bit let down because the change between the cases are brutal, but we had development with Sera! Yay ^^ I hope we won't have to wait 10 chapters to prove the theory about Bourbon

Wait, what? 10 chapters isn't such a long time. I hope we only need to wait 10 chapters to prove the theory about Bourbon.

Yeah. 10 isn't that much actually, considering Gosho needs to sum everything up and build up tension too. He could put everything into one chapter, but then it'll just be full of text and too rushed xD

Doh! Just mind-implosion - wasn't intentional, thanks! I fixed the spellings. (Forgive me Sonoci and also Aiyumi =) )
About Eri...
Spoiler:
I still have not ruled out Eri as having known Conan's identity for a long time ... I think there is a chance she knew Conan=Shinichi (from Yukiko -- they are CLOSE friends aren't they?) before Conan met her (post APTX). From that first case where they met in the restaurant/weddingring case (and others, like the snake bite case at the beach) you could see she is one of those people who treats Conan almost like an adult and does not seem taken back by his knowledge / actions.

Sera is Ai's sister, but NOT the one we know... For Haibara its possible to have a sister she tells nobody about - maybe they were separated by the Org at young age and Haibara isn't even sure if they are relatives.
Wellwell, it explains nothing else (why Sera should be looking into Shinichis secret more than Ai herself), but... they'd be the coolest sisters ever.

Considering the motorbike...I thought it was unknown whether Ai's sister had an excellent driving skills or not. Or perhaps she could have been training in deductive reasoning and athletic abilities for fighting BO while she's gone.

Next file:
As it turns out, Akai is still alive!!
In fact, Akemi is ALSO alive!!!
Also, the "dead" woman who was stabbed gets up and shouts "HAPPY HALLOWEEN!"
(note: I'm not taking a potshot at any theory, just thought it would be amusing if a lot of people come back to life in one file 8D)
