I really am in a terrible mood today.

I'm depressed and I'm tired and I'm angry and I can't deal with peoples' shit today.

Probably shouldn't even be here when I'm like this, especially today, because I just know something's gonna happen to set of my temper and I'm gonna explode and then I'm gonna feel guilty on top of being angry and depressed.

Today already sucks and it's barely noon.

Had decided to pay my gf a surprise visit for the weekend. On Sunday, I thought "sod it, I'm just gonna skip the flight and stay here for two weeks, working from the German office." Had to tell that to my boss on Monday, unfortunately she's on holiday and the boss in chief can't cope. So he told me he won't have any of that and in general being very unprofessional, forcing me to take a flight today. just to make a point, although it's actually detrimental to the company.
Then the flight was delayed 2 hours.
It's now 10PM and I have ~4 more hours of work to put in.

I'm hitting a block on my NaNoWriMo a week in. I'm about halfway through the story and I'm at a wordcount of 13,000, and suddenly I'm wondering if I'm moving it to fast or if I haven't characterized my characters a lot and I'm starting to hate the story. I need to get someone to read through it for me and let me know if I'm doing my own head in or if I've got some valid concerns to go back and fix. My wordcount refuses to rise until i can figure this out.

@manga: I guarantee you that happens to everyone. I hate my story right now too, and I know I've had mail on the site itself from someone that said she hated her story too. Just gotta keep on pushing through that and turn it into something you like, even if that means changing things you'd rather not.

If you feel like the characters are one-dimensional, then spend some time characterizing them in the story and making them more dynamic. It'll help your word count too!
