It's so... unfair how Gosho really makes an attempt to pair up everyone in the series EXCEPT Haibara/Shiho so far >:D
Does he really have no plan for her?

So... who do you want Shiho to be with, except Shinichi, of course?

PS: Not that I don't like her to be with Shinichi, just that Ran & Shin seem "destined" to be together so there's really no hope for Shiho & Shin.

And it's not true he hasn't set something up for her. He's hinted at MitsuAi many times in the past.

Hakuba is the main character in MK, so I guess Gosho already sets him up with a 'typical' girl similar to Ran.

Actually, I want her to be with Kaito Kuroba haha. Her cold, sarcastic attitude balances very well with Kaito's charming attitude. But of course, that'll never happen :p so, I'll just go with Hakuba Saguru. though that might not happen as well. But who knows? & If that will happen, I'd love to see it ~
