Laxus arrived at full energy but he passed it onto Natsu, who was already exhausted? Unreal. I was seriously hoping to see a Laxus vs. Hades match. It was pretty disappointing, yes, but I still like the series nevertheless.

The black dragon IS the one which defeated Gildarts....there were some discussions on it in the manga previously couldn't remember which chapter though. Remembered Gildarts said he went on a 100-year job and failed, a black dragon got his left leg, left arm and an organ or something.

Many are speculating that Zeref is the black dragon slayer? And also the theory of 7s in Fairy Tail....Current time is year 784, 7 years after the 7/7/year777 when dragons supposedly disappear?

They stayed behind to help Makarov then after being attacked by the Acnologia, a time skip happens and the boy that was shown earlier is seen at the last page. Seriously, this has got to be the one of the most confusing things I've ever seen. :V
