No, it won't come true. They won't get married because if it's happen, the one who will sad the most is Conan, not Ai. Gosho's motive to kill the Miyanoes is because he got rejected by Miyanoes younger daughter because her family dislike him. That's why he have a grudge against the Miyanoes and made their life miserable, especially the younger daughter, in his series.
