But the BO is looking Sherry for killing her, not for offering a comeback.
He's "mad", and Ai betraid him, sort of. He might offer Ai to come back when he needs her.

I think if any BO member finds Sherry it would kill her right away. It's not like you can kill her and then offer a job to her ;D It's either murder or comeback(death if refusal), and Gin has shown murder it's Plan A.

Right now he want Ai dead, but that might change in the future when he needs her.

I doubt she will get to be face-to-face with the BO Boss before she is dead. It needs her right now, instead BO members are trying to kill her. That's my point of view.

When you have Gin on your team and you give him the okay to kill someone...there is no such thing as "I might change my mind later though"  ;D. That is like releasing a hungry dog on a steak, regardless if you are unsure if you want that steak yourself, once you let go of the dog, there is no going back.

Besides, if the boss wanted Shiho back, he would of used the services of Vermouth to bring her in and since Vermouth is on a leash since her screw up..chances are that he's actually angry that something is going on in his ranks and his members are too stupid to see it.
Okiya= The boss.
This was my theory a while back and it's still possible.

All I am saying is that for now the boss wants her dead, because she knows to much about BO.
But in the future he might need her skill for his "mad" plan.

But once she's dead, he can't use her anymore. At least if he's not turning her into a zombie or something ;p
So if he wants to use her in the future, he would need to order Gin & Co. to capture her alive. This wouldn't be much more troublesome for his underlings.

Do we know if the boss wants her alive or dead? Vermouth and Gin have both expressed desires for her death, but I get the feeling they're both working on personal agendas there.

Pisco was going to knock her off too. That would make three BO members with personal agendas... I think the order from the top was to kill her.

If he wasn't Akai... or heck even Bourbon would be a better pick than the boss. Why would the boss want to move in next door to Sherry/Conan after he has gone through a a whole ton of work to be anonymous? That would be risking a lot, since Conan might investigate. How does the boss benefit from sticking his neck out like this?

I was thinking that the Boss didn't want to kill her initially but she escaped and now the information she held is too dangerous for her to be left alive

Well, it's probably a matter of bring her back if you can but kill her if need be. The personal agenda seems to be why said people were sent to kill her, Pisco was never sent to kill her but was told to watch for her by Gin. Even then Pisco worked for her family so he may have something against the Miyanos in general.

True, so far, it seemed the "bring her back but kill her if need be" might apply, except for Vermouth, but since Vermouth bears quite a resentment toward the ORG, I would say it's because of her "condition" and the scientist involved might be the ones responsible :P

I'm pretty sure Pisco meant to kill her the whole time.
