They know that Haibara is the BO member known as Sherry, but they don't seem to know that she's Miyano Shiho. On that same note, they don't seem to know Conan is Shinichi.

I'm pretty sure that Akai recognized Haibara as Miyano Shiho. Akai does, yeah. However, it doesn't seem he's told anything about her true identity to the others.

I don't think Jodie knows the identity of conan as shin'ichi, because she calls him "cool boy" and she's wondering why vermouth calls conan "cool guy"...
