I have no idea what you are talking about but Calvados is probably still alive. Akai lied about killing him and set-up that suicide act. Calvados is actually Okiya who Akai convinced to work for him.
....Or he's dead. Either one.

I could work much better if you get these shackles off me and let me go home. At first being shackled in your secret lair was a blast but after you see the evil monkey do that eye trick a few times..it gets kinda boring down here.
