In my opinion, the problem with many of these names (for what they are) is that they just feel too made up.

I also don't like the name "Harry", however "Wilder" created a game that I love to bits, so I can't vote that one :X

I went with Jimmy Kudo, Vi Graythorn and Anita Hailey. I would have chosen a lot more than these three if I was able to select more than three choices. Well, anyway, I went with Jimmy Kudo because I think Jimmy is too silly of a name and because the people who came up with these names didn't even bother to come up with a different last name to go with Jimmy. I also found it down right stupid that they couldn't use just one name to replace Haibara Ai. They just had to have one name for the movies and another one for the manga. (Yes, I am aware of the fact that Kazuha has four different names used in the States but only one was listed in the poll.)

Booker Kudo - Ugh, lame pun is lame.
Mace Fuller - WTF, how do you get that out of "Nakamori Ginzo"? They weren't even trying.
Kirsten Thomas - The last name is fine, but Kirsten? No. Hate it.

I defend the, hilariously sounding, name Vi Graythorn, simply because it shows that the people making it thought "okay, well why is her name the way it is?" and then adapting it to English.

It's ridiculous, but it was an honest try.

And I feel like there's a character named Mace Fuller in some other story, but I can't put my finger on it...

Nicholas Santos (...Shiratori is not spanish/mexican by any stretch of the imagination)
Mace Fuller (while the name sounds good, it doesn't work with this character)
Liz Faulkner (...wtf.  See Shiratori.)

Special mention to "Cornelius Graver", a.k.a. Kiichiro Numabuchi.

Also, one thing I'd like to point out.  That wiki thing has Katie Thompson as Kazuha's name in the card game.  However, she never had a card created for her.  That's merely what was on her character tab on the website.

The possibility of hilarious jokes aside, Mace is not a good name for the detective chasing after Kid.  Seriously.
