That's pretty much the story of their time together so far, as I've posted in both NBA threads here from the beginning. Spoelstra is not ready to coach this team for just about every possible reason. The one good thing that can come of this is if Bosh is traded away to free up that cap room. That was my top worry for them actually winning the championship: Yes, they would have gotten a win, but it would be very, very hard to repeat while still struggling with Spoelstra and Bosh in the organization when they could do away with both (especially the latter) and make it a much easier ride.
Pretty much: If the Heat lose, there's a chance Bosh is out, and that'd be the best possible outcome.
