[Question] Is there any way to make an ofline Wikipedia?

like the title say.....

i am a newbie in web / programing.

since long i always wonder if there is a way to make an offline program that can work like wikipedia. (when you click certain link.. it will direct you into the specific pages for more info)

and is there any easy way to create it?

if you want something very basic, you could just make an html file on your computer and have the links lead to local pages and run it through your browser.

It would be time-consuming if you don't know much about web page design, not to mention it would take up a lot of hard drive space, but it can be done. ^^;

all this time.. i always save as and store the info in offline page.. and it takes lots of space too...

I really doubt it. The only issue would be copypasting everything to your machine
