Perhaps you should make that clear, considering the non-Americans in here are plentiful (It took me quite some time to figure out why we need a special rule for people joining within those three days ). Perhaps simply "July 1st 2011"?

Also, I have a feeling that the Most Missed Member will be... unexpected, considering that extremely few people qualify (at least for us older members) - of all people mentioned in the "Users you miss and would wish to come back"-topic I knew, four conformed to the guidelines (to save others the searching, these are: TheBlind, Sere, Rellik, Zeldabond), and TheBlind only by a few hours (Not counting banned people; they are, for obvious reasons, unlikely to be actually missed anyway). Not much of a choice
