(Alternatively, I've considered that this whole this is rigged and there's actually one specific account he wants to delete, and he's just using this as a cover-up to make that happen. But if that's the case, why give someone the power to pardon someone else? Unless that person he wants gone wasn't eligible to be pardoned as per the rules he listed with the Mayor role. Either way - seems like a poor attempt to me.)

There is no hidden target for the game. If you would like to operate under the assumption there is, that is your prerogative. You end by saying it "seems like a poor attempt" to you, despite having nothing to substantiate your claim that there is a target in mind. In fact, everything points to the exact opposite and yet you can't prevent yourself from sharing a flawed conclusion.

Either way, that seems like "no thinking" on your part to me--and I haven't even assigned such a role to you yet. You're just doing this one pro bono!
