Exactly as the question asked, mainly because I told my friend I like bitter melon, and my friend told me not a lot of people like bitter compare to other tastes, so I'm surveying :P for fun ^^

Edit: funny not a lot like saltiness :P

Actually, these aren't flavours, but tastes. And you forgot umami (savoury).
