Right. I'm trying to figure that out right now. I Googled "Hindu baby names" as a starting point (because it doesn't seem to be referencing Tommy (Thomas is a Greek name meaning "a twin".) But then I have no idea where to go from there, or even if I'm on the right track. I would think it would have something to do with finding out his Hindu/Indian baby name - but I have no idea how to get there. I've tried plugging in "fishing", "sea", "green" and the meaning of his name ("twin") - and have come up with nothing that makes sense.

The first two lines really doesn't make sense, I don't know if the first is connected to the second, or the second is connected to the third....? Commas and periods aren't clear there...

But right now, based on the reading, and if he was born in the year of the dog, then March 12th, 1994 makes sense to me ...

He was born on a Sunday though, and March 12, 1994 is a Saturday.

Assuming he's a dog though, he's 16 years old, obviously.

And his birthday would have to be:

March 6, 1994
March 13, 1994
March 20, 1994

I'm leaning toward the 13th, personally, but that's based purely on my own instincts, not anything related to the riddle.

So, there's my guess.

Also, you were on the right track by using Google. But you did not search the right thing.

Hey I was half right! My guess was 16-17, since I said first "between 16 and 19" and then said "we can rule out +17".
