Due to public demand, I present to you, the first JDC elections!

Apparently, some members are not satisfied with what we are doing right now, and they think they need a change of pace! Well, here it is, as requested. Feel free to choose even if you're not a member yourself.

I don't think so.
If that was his plan, he wouldn't allow a change vote option.
