Congrats to DCTP

I know you guys are not that deep into numbers and things but I do know you guys like to celebrate when you reach a mildstone. So with 2009 comming to an end and 2010 starting I thought you guys would like to know a few things.

In 2008 DCTP averaged about 50 or so eps of Conan. You also have done a solid 50 in the year 2009. This covers eps #'s 300 and 400 (for 2008 and eps#'s 500 for 2009) My numbers are not exact but they give you a ballpark idea. This does not include the Ova's and Movies.

So what is the point? Why is this worthy of you knowing about? Why is this a mildstone?
Well if you are a Conan addict like me it is nice to know that in 2010 DCTP will more then likely give us 50 eps of Conan. I think there are like 52 weeks in a year so that means we only have to go 2 weeks max with out a fix for our Conan. If that! (don't forget I didn't include ova's and movies. So really we don't go even a week with out Conan.)

Can anyone tell me how many other anime sub groups out there can make that claime? Yes I know Conan is 500+ eps (and working towards 600) so the numbers are heavyly favored for DCTP and other than Dragon Ball z ( I'm sorry but that show was before I got hooked on anime and as far as I know it is the only anime that is any where close to Conan as far as eps go) it is the only show I know is all most completly subbed ( I could be wrong about that and I am sure someone will tell me if I am)

So a big CONGRATS! to DCTP Can't waite to see what 2010 has installed for us

sadly, pokemon is still ongoing and is OVER 9 THOU- I mean, it's over 600 episodes. Though for pokemon I don't know if anyone actually subs the episodes because they WILL get dubbed a few months later and air in the US.

If it weren't for DCTP, I'd be subject to the unmerciful whims of VIZ as to when i'd get to read the manga, and I probably wouldn't know that the anime existed at all.
