Me too, because words are understandable as long as the first letter and the last letter are as they should be. If it's in the middle, then the eye can skip it because just from seeing these letters, the eye can tell what the word is suppose to be and you don't notice the change because you could see what it was.Yardbird wrote: It took me a while to realize what was wrong

See... It's not always true. That is only the case for simple words. You get a complex word, and that whole theory goes to naught.
And even if that were the case.... You should still be able to tell that the word is misspelled.
