DOWNLOADER for Megaupload/Rapidshare/etc

- this application is called FREE RAPID DOWNLOADER BY VITY.
- a free application. no need to install just open the application.
- no account needed.
- very helpful to non-premium members.
- accelerated speed.
- can download files to MU, RS, etc
- no need to paste the links you have just copied because it automatically paste the copied links to its clipboard. (for example--below.)
- FRIENDLY USER. Simple.

so what? this app "tricks" rapidshare/mu that you are quasi a "Premium User", right?
Is this app for win32 only? i have linux
Is it the FreeRapidDownloader 0.82 by Vaty (czech), here: http://wordrider.net/freerapid/news.html?
If so, anyone can use it (MacOSX, Win32, Linux). If so, java is needed, too, isn't it?
hehe, i don't understand how to manage to get Premium FullSpeeds w/o a valid "logged in" account, jamie (neurology is cool, man!) ?

I remember having something else like that, its name was "Rapidshare Faster Gold Edition", but it didn't work as I hoped it would...
Well, let's see what this application can do...
BTW: ut0pia, heißt quasi auch im englischen quasi, des wusst ich gar net

hehe, i think, it won't work either, akai-kun
"quasi" comes from the latin, i think, UK and USA know, what "quasi" and "de facto" means -- there languages build on latin
sooo. well, this is for Linux, too, and i will test it, yeah

@UTOPIA: it's VITY.
you don't have to have an account in order to download the links
just copy the links and the application automatically paste them on its clipboard. i'm not familiar if this app can be used with Mac but i'm using windows XP

i'm not a pessimist, i'm an optimist with a bit experience with such downloaders
so actually i'm a realist, but that's another tale..
so you *will* get a PREMIUM USER Speed, w/o having an account? that sounds kinda strange.. i used jDownloader for download managing (reconnect etc.) when i downloaded a few DC episodes by Quyen..

Oh, and the link you gave us is the link to a window where we can see what things you have put on your 4shared account...
So, you've got to open the window "Applications" and then click on "Free Rapid Downloader 0.8", then you get the real download link for it...

You could also create a free Megaupload Account.
If I download with my free account, I download with twice the speed of the program.
But of course this is only for Megaupload.

the point of the program in this thread (as far as I'm guessing) is more to be able to take a huge list like TheQuyen's and just copypaste it and have it automatically download the files, without you having to individually click and download each one manually.

To me it's not such a great difference between inserting the letters and inserting the letters and do an additional click. If the program could manage to ask you all letters at the beginning, which would be similar to me using tabbed browsing (and therefore typing the letters for the next five episodes at once), it would be an improvement.

if you mean the captchas (like "type FIJ5 into this box so I know you're not a robot), this program can probably do those for you too, I know jdownloader (the one I use) can, so I figure this one could too.

No, it can't (or at least this option is well hidden).
It asks you to type them in when it starts the download.
