Compared to the people around him he is the same height, so its just a taller chair.

i guess my eye are failing me or    i nust notice it  a bit 

Satou-keiji's legs look odd, though.....there's not enough curve to them.....*nitpicking picture* Legs don't actually look like that normally.....

Compare the second screenshot with another one where the things being compared are in the same plane (so Satou and Conan in the second screenshot)
It's really deceptive with Heiji walking towards the camera (meaning he got bigger) and the chairs aren't the same.

You can see the knee by the curvature of the leg at the place where the dress covers up the leg. But that's a really small thigh and a really long leg...

Not what I ment, actually. I was referring to the lack of curve in the sural region. Her lower legs are drawn much too straight (though yes, they do look a bit too long) rather than showing the curve of the muscles.  *LMT nitpicking on anatomy*

It's hard to draw it from the side view. I can't seem to find a picture of Satou in the frontal view, so I have little to say about that.

Now it's even weirder... Conan in the third picture is IN FRONT of Heiji, but he's only up to the SAME HEIGHT as the first picture, when Conan is BEHIND Heiji. This only works if Heiji grew a LOT taller from the first picture to the time in the third picture. Otherwise... Heiji is shrinking OR Conan is having a really quick and large growth spurt.

It's hard to draw it from the side view. I can't seem to find a picture of Satou in the frontal view, so I have little to say about that.

Hard to draw what from the side veiw? Front veiw won't help, the curve I'm talking about is not visible from the front. "Sural" means the back of the lower leg, from the ankle to the knee. (The front of that part of the leg is called the "crural" region.) There's supposed to be a curve starting about a third of the way up, and ending at the back of the knee, with the highest point of the curve being about two-thirds of the way up the leg (counting from the ankle). That's not present here, which makes the picture look very strange. Satou chases criminals around (in a pencil skirt that's hard to move in, no less!) so her muscles should be strong and well-defined. Her legs should not look like sticks. Yes, I picking on anatomy of drawings...but it really does bother me. I'm a massage therapist by trade, so I pick up on oddities of muscles.

really?? i don't think so... maybe shiratori's legs are not that long compared to heiji...
