Literature Detectives Poll

When I was at primary school I loved Sherlcok Holmes stories, I read them allĀ  :D (I keep reading them)

Now, I think I would choose Ellery Queen or Hercules Poirot, I think there is more mistery and deduction, (Oh My... Conan will kill me)

In the other hand, I think Sherlock Holmes has more adventure in all England territories and I like the fact that he has his own Nemesis, Proffessor J. Moriarty.

I don't know why Moriarty is a nemisis. He only appeared in one of the short stories.
Japanese anime made him the famed nemisis he is now.
By the way, I voted Hercule Poirot.
With me it is this way: Poirot, Queen, Holmes, then Dupin.
Yup, I have got to agree with you, Queen is so refreshing, and Christie is a better whodunnit writer than Doyle.

Oh! Excuse me, I forgot to put in the option Another One, who is the detective. And I wanted one Detective of each author.
