Is spelling/grammer important?

I'm ok with a little bit of bad grammar. But if it's just the same mistake over and over again, then I start getting annoyed. :V

I expect people using propper grammar or at least use it as best as they can. From the other hand I like to experiment with my native language, Polish, and often I'm writing a bit weirdly (though still understandable to others). I can ignore typos as long as they're not frequent.
