Well, as I see it(my personal view, some might disagree) the thread title gives it away.
The thread title is also a word play.

As you see, EAST, sounds a lot like IST, right?

So now you take SAD EAST KINGDOM, change the EAST to IST.

Now we have SAD IST KINGDOM, right?

And now we remove the space between SAD and IST.

See what you get now?
