On the bright side, I now I have an extra $2.16 as a result of finding a cheaper copy.

*glances through her emails to see whether her other textbooks have tracking numbers* ...wait, did I really order two copies of the same book? Oops.

I need to make a main page for myself on my server (used to have one before I got a domain name), but here are some places where I distribute my books. I did the cover designs myself by hand.Aquahorse wrote:brycec, let us see your books!))
Awesome! Not sure bout the covers, though. The stories sound nice, but the covers aren't exactly appealing (and according to a research the cover can make or break books, even though a book shouldn't be judged by it's coverbrycec wrote:I need to make a main page for myself on my server (used to have one before I got a domain name), but here are some places where I distribute my books. Smashwords (three books)
Lulu (all books (digital and print available))
Google Play (first four books only, Smashwords and Lulu are better because I cannot find my author page on the play store (probably going to be the same way of access as my aps there)
Amazon (all but first book (official releases are digital only))
Some are on iTunes too, but I cannot guarantee DRM-free copies, which is very important to me, there like I can the above
If anyone wants a free copy of one of my books, PM me the title and I can send you a code. However, the selection will be limited to titles on Smashwords (all other channels do not really let me send 100% coupons).

That's true. Of course, I don't really have that problem of judging a book by its cover when I review books. I judge them by the seriousness of errors (in fact, I hated on the TOC of Negima! Volume 34 just because page and chapter listings were not correct and I also complained about the narrator in the Book Thief), which includes how many times things appear, even if I am also guilty of those mistakes in my work, and how many things annoy me in general, which still does not include the cover.Yuri Iwamoto wrote:Awesome!
