Dear God, my skill with names on a second meeting is... Nonexistent.

I've been mistaken as someone else (including my sisters) but the most baffling was when someone's mother thought I was her in the store...so obviously when she called out "Saraaaaah!" I was like "Dododooo, shopping~"


Most embarrassing...my sister's boyfriend phoning and getting mixed up 

"Hey, so...what are you up to?"
"...Nothing really... "
"Oh, really? Me neither. Want to go out and do something then?"

Oh I've been confused by loads of people for my sister as well At a party at my cousin's once and it was about 2 hours in that I heard "What? that's her sister??!?!?!?! No wonder she seemed like she didn't remember me"

And I'm giggling to myself thinking I probably wouldn't have remembered him anyway because I'm just that bad

In my family we use the wrong names for people all the time. Like mom calls me both Kain's name, or other sister's name even our cousin's name and our grandmother on moms side calls me by Kain's name all the time. Our big sister sometimes calls me her boyfriend's name

Is totally at mercy of the being-mistaken for someone else thing. It's mostly being mistaken for mystii.

Everyone does it. Teachers who taught mystii first and then teach me, and fail to distinguish between the two of us and some just give up and call me mystii's name. Other teachers who don't even see me but know of my existence think that mystii actually still studies there .

My friends who met mystii or mystii's friends who met me insist we definitely look alike, some even thought we were twins in a different school or something. Seniors from all places who are constantly reminded of mystii because of my presence or some people who call me "mystii's sister" and don't remember my name. Apparently we even sound the same over the phone. 

Best: at some random competition that both mystii and I took part in, a teacher who was going to grill us about our project texted another teacher " I think it's mystii's sister whom I'm going to interview." Then the teacher mentor texted back "Talk to her." And then she grilled us about our projects and she was like "OMG,they sound alike too!" Then we became their source of amusement for the rest of the day.

My grandma, when she calls me, lots of times she calls me by the name of all my cousins and finally she calls me by with mine.

My grandma kept calling me by my cousin's name too. I'm starting to worry that she'll forget which grandchild was actually there.

For those I've been around for more than a few times, were friends with, or have talked to more than once, I remember their faces clearly, even when it happened in first grade (which was a long time ago). For more "subtle" people, I remember them by their hair, and the events involving them.
