but, related story from one of my coworkers who handles the interviews (and actually did mine way back when), there was a guy who once interviewed here and didn't get any of the questions right, so when he failed the interview, he went home, studied, then aced his next one somewhere else. The guy thanked him later for giving him a hard interview
moral of the story: If you study afterwards, each interview you suck at is just another you'll be better at in the future.
edit: I wish I could code my personal projects while at work, since I oftentimes (like now) have the burning desire to work on it while at work, but I know that as soon as I get home and am assaulted by other time-draining activities, my desire will wane
