I smile every time I hear that song.  Anyhoo, the cool thing is that some of the singers are Conan voice actors!

The first voice you hear is Megumi Hayashibara, the voice of Haibara.  I *LOVE* the little warble she puts on the song.  She is definitely one talented singer.

The second voice you hear is none other than Minami Takayama, or the voice of Conan himself!

Finally, the wispy singing of innocent Kasumi is voiced by Kikuko Inoue, or Chianti of the Black Organization.  (I still can't seem to fully wrap my mind around that)
