According to Anime News Network, 2 Magic Kaitou specials and 2 Kaitou Kid specials are going to air during Conan's time slot in August.

I wonder what chapter this episode is supposed to be based

i heard that there will be some manga(s) too...not sure though

4 episodes in August. Two will be MK specials, based from the manga (KID's busy day and gathered police - V01C02 and V01C04) and the two other eps are based from the Patriot KID case in DC

and than something about his identity beign uncovered by him(Nakamori).

the translation might not be precise... I don't understand all the words he said , so..

From what words dumytru was able to pick out, it definitely sound like the plot from one of the chapters.

I'm hoping they'll either put together an opening or, like the first special, forgo a full opening to utilize as much of the time for the story as possible. I think the ep might be more along the lines of the first special since the music used in the previews is the same as the closing credits during the first special.

You've got the gist in a nutshell. It's the animated version of "Kaitou Kid's Busy Weekend" from Volume 1.

Quoting the summary I wrote for DCW Wiki:
"While stealing the Angel Crown, Inspector Nakamori catches a glimpse of Kaito's face while in his disguise as Kaitou Kid. Determined to prove to her father Kaito isn't Kid, Aoko convinces Kaito to go on a date with her to Tropical Land at the same time Kid's next heist is to take place. If Kaito is caught by Aoko leaving from Tropical Land or if Kid never shows up for the heist, Kaito's identity will be exposed! Can Kaito manage to go on the date with Aoko and complete the Kid heist at the same time? "

There probably aren't many people watching it who haven't read the manga (or much to spoil anyway), but just in case maybe.

Discussion fits more into here for the ones based off of Magic Kaito, IMO.
