Someone help me with KID?

I'm reading the threads and it seems I missed something...
When (ep or ch) did kid know conan = shinichi?
And when did it say He wasn't the original kid,
and where did it say that the original was killed by BO?
And where's this whole "gem for immortality" come from? I thought it was just someone's theory.
-now if you'll excuse me, i'll be gone for 30 mins and come back to view the answers (that i hopefully get)-

At some point between the watcha-call-them painting's and the Purple Nail heists. During the painting "heist" he still called Conan/Shinichi "Tantei-kun". At the Purple Nail heist he called him "meitantei".
If I remember correctly... Which I might not have...

According to Wikipedia, Kaito Kid is in the following episodes:

Now I know he shows up in 76, 132-134, 219, 356, 394-396, 469-470, 473, 515.
But what about , 420-421? what can some one tell me if he does indeed show up?

No, 421 isn't even part of the same story as 420.

I thought Conan told him indirectly, that he's Shinichi on the first big Kid case with the black pearl. He told it to Kid, who was disguised as Ran, that he is actually Shinichi... or is my memory somehow wrong about that?
edit: I reread that file and it seems I have been mistaken...

No means no. 419-420 is an anime original (and checking
YTV's site, there's no mention of Kid in the synopses). 421-422 adapts the story about Agasa's first love.

Kaito's father was killed by some men in black. I don't think they are from the BO. Why would the BO want a jewel that gives them immortality.

It's not clear in the manga if Kid actually knows Conan=Shinichi. Kid has noted Conan's superb detective abilities, which is what causes him to call him "tantei-kun", and see him as his rival. (if you remember the Teleportation arc, Kid directly went to Conan to challenge him). But simply because Kid has realized that Conan is great detective doesn't necessarily mean that he has also realized that Conan is Shinichi.
In Japanese wikipeida entry about Conan, it lists people who know Conan's identity as of October 2008. It is given as: Agasa, Haibara Ai, Hattori Heiji, Kudou Yuusaku, Kudou Yuuko, Vermouth, and Hondou Eisuke. It doesn't list Kid. The entry also goes on to say that if the movie storyline is included, then Kaitou Kid and Noah's Arc would be included in the list.
That probably isn't great "support" but I thought it would be interesting to note that.

From what I've read there is a
'slight' chance that Kiato Kid could of figured out who Conan really is. When first Kid met Conan on the rooftop Agasa was yelling over the phone, "Shinichi, Shinichi!", before Conan shut it off. I find it hard to believe, but if Kid heard that and did some looking he might of figured it out. Though, in the official manga series he has never implied at all that he knows Conan's secret.
In movie 8 Kid knows just who Conan really is though. He dresses up as Shinichi and even covers for Conan at the end with Ran. The movies are never canon. That's why I don't take this new movie too seriously.
I don't think in Kaito's series they ever said it was the BO that killed his father.
I guess it could be possible. Both groups seem interested in basically the same thing. The B.O.s goal seems to be about raising the dead, and the people who killed Kid's dad are looking for gems that bring immortality.

Heh, if most of these claims about what Aoyama said are true then he's not a reliable source... I've also seen it claimed that he said that the movies were not canon.
Kid distracting Conan with the threat to Ran's modesty might be evidence that he at least knew that she wasn't just a big sister to him. Especially since, if he spied on them for a bit, he might have noticed that Ran was
treating Conan oddly1 at the time (in the manga order of events).
1: From volume 26 when Conan is talking to Heiji, wondering whether he should just confess. On the left side of the image are scenes from the first Kid case itself.
