I don't mind  :) I got a good laugh out of it, actually  :D

just thinking about Kleene's drawing from the other day and this I took for my avatar gave me an idea
Sonoci bait:

Vodka: Just wait a bit, aniki, I'm sure we'll soon hear about the body of a girl found on the train.
*at the same time the police comes from th train with Andou only, and after them a young man with glasses and 2 ladies following him*
Gin: Excuse me sir, something involving a girl happened on the train?
Okiya: Hmm? Beats me.
Gin: *thinking* What is it? This guy... For some reason i really, really want to kill him!! And the more I look the more pissed off I get...
*Okiya walks away*
Vodka: Aniki, what are you doing? Let's check the rest of the persons and the train.
Gin:*with a hand on the gun* Wait... I just want to... kill him a bit...

for those of you who are wondering about okiya/akai knowing conan's real identity, re-read "Cold case", and in particular the last pages of this file : http://www.dctp.ws/V77-Reader/V77-7Read/A13.html he actually discovered the truth.

correct me if my memories are wrong, but hell angel is a woman who has blond, smooth, long hair.
i do not see that much similarity with ai (hers is kinda frizzy)

bourbon does not unequivocally relate the "very much alike" to ai's mum (" .. to your mother/ to her.")

but imo there are quite a few similarites between ai & bourbon.
- the hairstyle (shown in the frames at the bottom of 823/16, from the back and the front)
- their eyes
- their noses and pointed chins

it may be too much interpreted but facial similarities were reliable hints in earlier chapters (akai & sera, kir & eisuke)

bourbon hates akai.
i've read the theory that he knew ai's sister and blames akai for her death.

ai fears akai.
akai told jodie he could not show himself to ai yet ( end of vermouth = araide plot)
-> sth. happened between those characters

my assumption is bourbon is ai's brother (maybe ai's father had an affair lol)
and he hates akai for whatever happened between akai, ai, ai's sister.
unfurtunately we do not know any details about this yet.
point against: why would a brother hunt his sister?

for those of you who are wondering about okiya/akai knowing conan's real identity, re-read "Cold case", and in particular the last pages of this file : http://www.dctp.ws/V77-Reader/V77-7Read/A13.html he actually discovered the truth.

That made me thinking. In this Case Okiya is shown while brushing his teeth with his right hand, why would Akai do that? I personally tried that once when I broke my right arm, and I just couldnt do it right, nobody would use his "wrong hand" if he wouldn't expect to be interrupted.
Anyhow, it is mentioned by Sera that there was a woman in Shinichi's house, which was probably Yukikio teaming up with Okiya - but then again it is weird that Okiya finds out that Conan=Shinichi later in that file.
If Okiya is Akai and has already made a team with Yukiko, wouldn't it be simple for him to just ask? Because Conan had to put those 2 together.


Maybe I'm putting to much into that but that just doesn't make any common sense to me.

If Bourbon is really 29 as the Manga showed he would have vanished from his sisters when he was around 4 years of age. That seems a bit odd, otherwise at least Akemi would have known her brother. I actually don't think that a long-time recurring character has another sibling we know nothing of yet - that would just feel wrong.

That doesn't seem right, why would he think they'd just look at his hand? If Okiya is suprised because someone enters his bathroom, I think the last thing he'd do is change his hand while brushing teeth. That just doesn't feel right, even if he'd have heard them - why would he expect Ran Sonoko and Sera to make the conclusion "left hand tooth brush =  AKAI!!!"?
Maybe that is just an editorial mistake by Gosho and it has nothing to do afterall.

thats not what I meant. almost everyone uses either left or right hand to handle a cellphone not a big deal, but there are few things you can't do with both your hands writing, brushing hair/teeth.

Nah, I tend to brush my teeth left handed mostly and do my hair left handed around a third of the time. It's only the writing I do with right hand only.
Anyway, the point is how Aoyama rules it, not how it is in RL.

Btw, did no one notice that now that we know Akai is Sera's brother Conan must have known that Amuro is Bourbon since they met. It's because Conan and Akai/Okiya cooperated since they know each other and so he most likely told Conan about Sera identity, which left only Amuro as Bourbon-suspect.

To be both-handed is the only real explanation, nobody would use his wrong hand in a comfortable situation like in his own bathroom. Okiya had no reason to fake to his wrong hand. But maybe that is just a design error, still somehow i can't get rid of it in my head.

Why would it need to be someone of those 3? Conan didn't see Vermouth talk to one of those 3 on the phone. That's something only the reader knew.

Nah, he did have a reason to fake if Conan had managed to warn him Ran, Sera and Sonoko were coming over. Akai is left handed and Sera is observant so pretending he was right handed was to his advantage, especially if he wasn't sure how much Sera had figured out yet. If he didn't want Sera involved then letting her have more evidence he's Akai isn't exactly helpful.
