And I'm pretty sure Gin has the shampoo covered. Wouldn't be surprised if in the last confrontation we saw him drop a bottle.

It's probably because a different person is playing Scar Akai this time.

It's most likely Vermouth this time, and it was previously Amuro. He didn't talk in his previous appearences because Amuro was unable to mimic Akai's voice.

Actually, more evidence has surfaced suggesting that she's Yukiko. The unheard dialogue that she speaks to Scar Akai, which surprises him, suggests that, as one user surmised, it was something like "It's been awhile, hasn't it, Sharon?", or something along those lines. Chekhov basically agrees on this.

Well, I haven't read the double release files, but I was reading chinese, but not reading it, I just see the picture comparing them. Well if is Yukiko then that would be great, and if is Fusae then it will be great also, I want to see, hehe.

It's just you.  They've repeatedly stated that Jirokichi owns the train.

It was stated before, it's a very simple pun : Suzu=bell and ki=tree so Suzuki = Bell Tree. ^^
