I was thinking that maybe by 'our territory ' he meant = somewhere where she is safe from the BO. She understood that but couldn't go just yet because if the BO would then find her in that state, they would make the link and kill her friends. So she ran away to take the antidote in case she would meet the BO..

She would trust that because she knows who Okiya is in reality.She knows he won't hurt her.

Actually, from the mental images she has she only remembers him when he was in his black organization/Dai attire. If she does really think Okiya is Akai (which it seems she does), then she may think he's still part of the Organization but trusted him before cause he dated her sister? I don't really know

Ai's flashback in file 802 shows she knows he's Dai,and she also said he betrayed the BO,so she knows he's not a BO member anymore.But she doesn't knows he's Shuichi Akai,working for the FBI.(and thus she doesn't know he used Akemi and her in order to enter in the org)

Right, the guy who lied to her sister getting her killed and that she has no reason to assume they are the same person especially since someone dressed as actually him was already visible to her. She probably trusts him, mmhmm.

I think she doesn't know that he lied to Akemi and got her killed,or else she would act differently to Okiya(being angry,criticize him...).As I said she only knows he betrayed the org but that's all.
She knows he's not a threat since he's Dai and probably recognized her,if he was a threat he would have killed her a long time ago.

There is no reason for Ai to deduce that Okiya is Dai though, why would she connect them because both are people who freak her out? Why would Dai have killed her a long time ago, even if he was BO, it's not like every BO went after her, they even sent a new member to get Ai. Also, she clearly sees him as a threat, there is zero evidence she doesn't see him as being like the rest.

There is no reason for Ai to deduce that Okiya is Dai though, why would she connect them because both are people who freak her out? There is a panel in a recent file where we see her make that connection based on the words Okiya said to her during some occasion. What I wanna know is what Okiya was looking at on his phone when he walked in the bathroom

As for trust, there was a slight hint that she at the very least trusted him more than before, when she suggested that she and Conan get a ride with him (something she definitely wouldn't have done if she thought he was a complete threat)

She has also been shown to "trust" him at least enough to be alone with him

There's also a definite possibility that she's checking for something to prove that Okiya = Dai on this page (not sure what, though. Voice changer maybe?)

So, she may see him as a threat, but at the very least it's less than your usual BO member

Ya, I was just saying I dont see that scene as her being like "Oh Dai, who I like now. I'll go with you being a creeper". But I do admit I forgot that scene happened (though the scene doesn't imply him being Dai makes Ai trust him more), but even being reminded of a person and assuming they're the same person secretly working for my friend is really a stretch of suspended disbelief.
