Yeah that's what I think too about the Sera's sentence^^

But she's not really doing something stupid or dangerous as far as we know.. She said that sentence when she saw Ran taking care of Conan and was a bit jealous about their Brother-Sister relationship.. Meaning that she wasn't really the best sister to Akai (maybe) before he 'died' and now she regrets it... At least, that's how i interpreted it.

yes, you can more of it. I remember I really liked that particular 4koma, that after seeing the panel where he throws the pot without hesitation to the wall I couldn't stop laughing

If messing with the BO or if she knows nothing about them at least with the killers of his brother's death sounds like getting in the wolf mouth... and watching Ran and Conan acting as brother and sister certainly could have reminded her of her relationships with her bro. BUt as I said, we lack enough information to be certain of anything and many theories would fit the bill.

Spoiler: sera and okiya theory

i think sera and okiya have talked and joined hands .
first indication to it is that in file 817 okiya hacked into kogoro's computer on right date and time (when he has no way of knowing about the video by himself) .of course conan didn't knew about it and amuro definitely didn't do it and it leaves sera as the only alternative

my guess is it all started in file 800 when okiya noticed her and called her to stay away from it.
sera however decided to ignore it and continued and she finally met okiya in cold case arc.

after the case was over ,she excused herself for attending this important matters" (panel2)


after okiya failed to make her stay away from her, he decided her to join him .

and from that moment onwards to this mystery train sera and okiya are acting together

to make sure , conan didn't interfere ,they kept info about video secret to him , but when sera told okiya that ai is on the train ,
and he saw amuro ,he sent the message to conan warning him of the danger that lies ahead

Spoiler: a few mysteries

1)we know okiya and mysterious woman are on the train and they are not interested in mystery quiz. but exactly what are they after?

i say they are after catching few BO members with sherry as bait. but i think its too reckless. best way to do it would be to ask ai not to aboard the train and trap the BO with shiho's lookalike. so i think it must be more than that 

2)we know amuro is not disguised and vermouth is disguised as scar akai(yes we know it ,gosho) we also know that vermouth is planning to catch/kill ai .so how much has she told gin and bourbon? i mean its impossible that she will meet gin at nagoya with dead body of 7 year old girl(who looks like sherry) and tell gin that aptx can de age people and it is sherry's dead body.
she must have told something (unless she plans to give ai an antidote of aptx before she kills her) to bourbon nonetheless or he won't be able to do anything useful
Note: vermouth has told gin that sherry is in the train.

3)we know vermouth is masquerading as scar akai . but why is she doing so?
i mean there are better ways like disguising as a conductor and check all the passengers. but disguising as scar akai , staring hard right on her face will make ai hid into her room (or toilet) and take every single action to make her way out without being seen by sniper and this quite easy for a kid as any adult will thwart any sniper by mere presence of height.
and as they say "forewarned is forearmed"   
i take it that making shiver in fear can help BO but that's only possible if she is alone .but if she is not alone but with somebody smart (vermouth knows that it is the case) , it can backfire

It will spoil the plot. We know Sera and Amuro should be there, but not the lady.

And we will know she is not Vermouth since Vermouth is already in the promo.

About Scar Akai's scar...

There's something annoying on SA's scar. I mean, the most of us agree that he must be Vermouth in disguise because he was (SA) the only one who went pas Ai twice and then she (Vermouth) reported to Gin that Sherry was on the train. But, if we assume that the other SA was Bourbon in disguise and he was helped by Vermouth, it doesn't fit that the current Scar of SA is quite different. Do we have to presume that Vermouth forgot the measures of the scar? It doesn't make any sense since Vermouth's a Master of Disguise. So it's a very striking point, at least for me  (That's why I think that if that SA on the train is Vermouth, she never saw the other SA before)

This is my first time posting on this topic so I'll just spit out everything I have to say.

I recently re-watched some older episodes back when Akai was 'alive' and something occured to me. Since Akai said he dated Akemi(?)(I can't remember Haibara's sister's name....) he said that it'd be best if they didn't meet just yet cuz of Akemi dying and everything:

so maybe that's why Haibara had that reaction to seeing Scar Akai since Haibara hasn't seen Akai as of yet.

Kogoro's not himself. I'm thinking he's asleep in a toilet stall somewhere at the train station. As for who is disguising as Kogoro....I don't have the slightest idea....

And has anyone noticed that some of the train people seem to be acting a little....flustered? Maybe something'll come out of it.

Also, I had this funny theory for about 5 seconds today while watching episode 557 that Sera was Amuro in disguise (since he hasn't appeared yet) or vice versa with Sera disguised as Amuro (after he shows up)...then I remembered that they were in separate places at the same time in chapter 817....lol nope. but I still think Sera's a guy in disguise. No girl is that flat-chested.

and with everyone's theories on this thread...wouldn't it be funny/horrible if Aoyama-san threw in a curveball and destroyed all those theories?

...actually, out of the entire Japanese cast, I would consider Sera's chest size to be the most realistic in size.
