I get the feeling Conan has missed the truth so far in this case ...
And that Takagi is in fact partly responsible for the poor woman's suicide (maybe due to a misunderstanding or an overlook on his part) and that is why he really feels sad about the case, even calling it his 'sin'.

As for the location of Takagi, I am going to guess the only place that makes sense to me right now ...

The "sin" is that he didn't realize what Date meant about taking care of the notebook, and hence couldn't save the girlfriend.

I'm so happy to see Takagi and Sato again. =w= It always felt, even though I know it isn't true, that Takagi cared more about Sato than she did for him. These chapters are proving otherwise.

I second the notion of a poll about the poisoning, because

I don't see the old man as a suicidal type.
He wanted to see "Wataru" and his "new girlfriend" suffer, and it seems to me he was drinking the wine victoriously/tauntingly, waiting for his revenge to complete - even went as far as to ready a bomb detonation. It wasn't until after that he learned about the misunderstanding, so I think someone else poisoned the wine. Could be a relative, or could be Amuro

No way... The way I'm thinking is that he set the entire thing up so that Takagi would die and he would commit suicide, thus never disclosing Takagi's location and further taunting the police. That's why he was so shocked and bewildered when he realized it was a misunderstanding - he went through all that and even killed himself over something that wasn't even true.

Remember, Natalie had no other blood relatives.

The poisoning is indeed suspicious, I don't really see that old guy as suicidal. Even if he planned to kill himself after getting revenge, he wouldn't kill himself that fast after learning he made a mistake, kidnapping the wrong person. He would at least wait a little to let the info sink in.

Also, as for Takagi's location, I was thinking the apartment block where Natalie lived is being rebuilt or something and he is somewhere in the construction site. Well, now we have another week of waiting to see what happens, but Takagi will most likely be saved at the last moment.
