Interesting theory.

Its another thought to consider about Masumi Sera. 

At the end of 777 shows proof that she maybe an allied and a friend.

As for the features to proof that Masumi Sera is really Shuuchi Akai's sister.

I afraid we got long way to go.

If it's true then there maybe a possibility that Shuuchi Akai might still be alive and asking her for help. 

All we can do is wait and see.

i think gin didnt give the order to shoot cuz bourbone himself wants to akai....
as to my personal opinion i think that akai=scar akai
but nobody seems to think that way

Gin would shoot bourbon TWICE if he objected to shooting akai because he wants to.

agreed... gin does care too much about killing akai himself... so he wouldn't care about bourbon... and i think anokata doesn't care as long the result is a dead akai

that hit me ... yes... you're right... didn't pay attention to that possibility... but i think it kinda conflicts thing we know about them... anokata tells them he is to be feared and so on and bourbon seems to detest him ... well... these two don't really conflict but to me it seems as things stated by two different beings(well.. indeed since the first was said by vermouth and second one by gin... ...  )

I'm starting to wonder if Akai had already infiltrated the BO before the time they know he did, and he is also Bourbon, and perhaps even has taken over as Anokata.

So far the FBI and BO starting to believe that Akai is still alive and started chasing him.  :-\

Other the hand, Conan was bit surprise about seeing Akai face.  :|
