You'll probably never see homosexuality used in DC other than for brief humouristic purposes (Eisuke who thought he had seen a gay couple, Kaito and Conan on the airship, Agasa's friend...).

Otherwise: I don't think the new character would be a lesbian. Portraying homosexuality in a natural way would be unnatural for DC if that makes any sense.
Might be a girl though, you can never be sure with abs..

It's possible the person is Heji. Although Heji knows Kendo instead of Jeet Kune Do, he could be experienced in both. The likelihood it's Kid is moderate as he knew Conan's name and he finished the murder sentence.
Otherwise, a new character or maybe Sinichi's father in disguise.

I'm sure you noticed that he was dressed in all black, right? It doesn't prove anything and I highly doubt it's either of those three. The only one possible of those three is KID since we can never be sure about him. But it's definitely not Yuusaku-san. It just doesn't add up. And while it's possible that it's Hattori, I doubt it. Heiji can't really act to well. Conan would recognize him in no time. It seems we've got a new character but you never know with Aoyama-san.
