Plots that haven't been resolved

You know, I like the cases and slow pace as much as anyone (apparently more than most though) but there really is no reason for it to be THIS slow anymore. I mean, with Gosho's best pacing (see: the Vermouth arc and (anime-wise) the Genta's dad case through the Red Shirt case), and with the absurd amount of stuff that has to be resolved and can be resolved the series could legitimately go past volume 90. So, I feel like listing all of this stuff that hasn't been resolved yet. (and stealing Chekhov's thunder)

-First of all there's the obvious "Conan isn't permanently Shinichi yet and hasn't defeated the BO in any permanent way" stuff obviously.
-Then there's the entire Bourbon arc. Again, obvious.
-Then there's...y'know, most of the relationship stories.
-Still know nothing about Calvados really.
-Or the reasoning/justifications of anyone important in the Organization.
-Or Anakota's identity.
-Or the truth about the ending of Akemi's e-mail or Elena's tapes.
-Speaking of which, we're clearly not done with Haibara's parents in general.
-Remember the APTX4869, and the Miayno research, Vermouth's immortality? ...I mean granted as a writer who doesn't want to risk horrible plot twists I wouldn't touch any of that anymore but that's a risk I can't see Gosho not taking.
-WHAT IS THE POINT OF SANADA KAZUMI OR POIROT CAFE GIRL? TELL ME DAMMIT!
-Haibara confronting Akai.
-James Black in general
-Chekhov gun after chekhov gun after...
-maybe Heiji's parents again? Even if just for one other case it could be fun. (ok that's stretching it I admit)
-what happened to Yukiko and Yusaku anyway?
-arguably Kid but let's not get into that discussion.
-CIA?

I'm more curious about Interpol.

Also, of course, Yusaku.  He hasn't appeared in a non-flashback since like volume 22.  At least Yukiko appeared in like volume 56 or something.

I think Calvados is closed.
Spoiler:
He had a gun stuffed up his butt and knew he had no chance of getting away and blew his head open. The FBI seem to think that and Korn/Chianti seem to make announcements of his death.
-what happened to Yukiko and Yusaku anyway?
What do you mean?

Also the blood covered disk in the desperate revival ark.

Most of the stuff you mention, excepting the relationships, are probably going to be solved simultaneously in the last arc.

+ How much Haibara knows about BO and her research
+ Why the heck is she, the one who was behind the drug, not being hunted down as much as she should be :-\ ?

Why Haga, one of the coolest drawn characters (though a murderer), got his picture in the back cover key-hole..

+How Kaitou Kid's mission to find Pandora ties in with the Organization's goal (we think) of immortality or a fountain of youth of sorts. (Granted, this is assuming the guys chasing Kid in Magic Kaito are from the Organization in the first place.)

They're not. Kaito has nothing to do with the plot. The end.
